The Silent Land - Graham Joyce Enjoyable but not fabulous. It didn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out that they had most likely died in the avalanche. Mid-way through the book, it was apparent only he had died and she was going to live. I still kept reading, though, because the writing style was nice and I had enough questions as to why/how/when to keep me curious. Not all the questions got answered but I suppose that's a good thing. It's kept me thinking about it. I would read more by this author.
