Aftershock - Jill Shalvis 2.5 stars

This was just okay. I would have enjoyed it more if the heroine Amber hadn't been such a one-dimensional character.
Given her complete lack of friends and family, I found it hard to believe she could have a successful real estate career. That career demands social contacts and networking and Amber seemed to have none of that. She was closed off and distant. And taking an entire year off to go live in Mexico and then jumping right back into her job? Ridiculous.

I never understood what the hero Dax saw in her.
