Shameless Playboy (Bad Blood Collection) - Caitlin Crews Caitlin Crews seems to be a highly recommended Harlequin Presents writer so I was probably too optimistic when I read this one and was therefore somewhat disappointed.

It was just okay. Lots of angst which I normally enjoy but there was too much repetition with the heroine Grace's internal dialogue. It felt like page-filler rather than a way to increase the conflict/tension. Lucas was a little less repetitive and had a more interesting backstory than Grace but he had the misfortune to be an ass throughout most of the book. When Grace finally gives into Lucas, I wasn't sure it was such a good idea. And maybe the author didn't either because this book has a more of a "happy for now" ending rather than a "happily ever after."
