The Edge of Never (The Edge of Never, #1)

The Edge of Never (The Edge of Never, #1) - J.A. Redmerski I really love road romances and this one would have been great if only it had a Thelma and Louise type ending. Camryn and Andrew driving off a cliff would have been a more realistic and, frankly, happier conclusion than what I read.

The writing is mostly sub-par, the actions of the characters are frequently baffling and the conflicts are trite.
I was especially amused that Camryn lived in downtown North Carolina. I guess the author didn't want to commit to a particular city because that might have involved the use of research. In fact, much of their road trip seemed to defy logic and basic geography. Or they just drove really, really fast. Again, too bad it wasn't off a cliff.
