Head Over Heels - Susan Andersen 1.5 stars. Like other books by Susan Andersen, the plot was far-fetched, the villain one-dimensional, and the secondary romance overly intrusive. Normally I can ignore those flaws as long as the hero and heroine are engaging. Sadly that was not the case with this book. I never warmed up to Veronica or understood what made her tick. The hero Cooper was too alpha and his physical description brought to mind Guy Fiereti from The Food Network. Not appealing to me at all. They certainly had physical chemistry but the leap from lust to love left me scratching my head.
I will keep reading Andersen's backlist because I do enjoy her writing style and humor. This book just didn't click for me while others definitely have.
