The Reluctant Nude - Meg Maguire I loved the first 80% of this book because there were (almost) no side characters and it was very character driven. It took a while to get used to Max's odd syntax but I eventually learned to read his dialogue with a French accent rather than as an Artificial Intelligence robot or visiting space alien. Max was so charming, honest, sincere and funny. Truly delicious. Fallon was less interesting and I never quite warmed up to her but that didn't detract from my overall enjoyment.

The last 20% of the book seemed rushed and a bit odd in the twists and turns it took to get Fallon and Max to their Happily Ever After. But overall, still a good read and I love the author's writing style. I will be reading more by her.
